Amelia, I have to ask. What are your top Clarke ships?

Bellarke, Clexa (but honestly only 3x04-3x07, I’ve realized). Princess Mechanic. Clarke/Murphy (non-romantic). Clarke/Roan as sex friends (only in AU).

What do you guys think is, like, your most cracked crackship from this show?

Amelia, what do you think made you change from Clexa to Bellarke? I still struggle to navigate my feelings when it comes to who I prefer out of Clexa and Bellarke, I could prefer Clexa one day and then Bellarke the next, I think right now I'm more interested in Bellarke but that might be cause we don't get Clexa content anymore, I guess I'll never know though :lol:

Octavia/Raven or Octavia/Murphy for me.

Those are out there ships. :lol: I guess mine would be . . . I don’t know, I don’t really have a whole lot of crackships.

Yeah, wouldn't happen in a million years :lol: they never get scenes together.

I guess I could claim Bellamy/Roan as one of my crackships. But that’s not really too cracked since Bob and Zach had such great chemistry.

I think my preference for Bellarke truly comes in part due to Beliza's insane chemistry, but also in rewatching the show. My slow love for Bellamy and understanding a bit more of his character and his relationships helped me a lot. And then, of course, I think I just realized what great friends and how fantastic of an arc Bellarke has had and how they've progressed together and separately. Also, fanfic definitely helped. :lol:

I do think that the lack of new Clexa kind of made me distance myself. For a while, because they were a f/f ship, I felt sort of... obligated, to keep shipping them, but even the whole Lexa deserves Better thing, I didn't even feel a part of. :shrug: Not that I needed to, really.

The whole 3x04-3x07 thing was in part due to just seeing a softer side of Lexa and them being romantic, I liked Lexa in season two partially, but, I don't know... my feelings on Clexa are complicated now.

My craziest ship is probably Clarke/Gina. :lmao:

I loved Gina! Such a sweet girl, it seemed. I actually would have enjoyed seeing more of her and Bellamy’s relationship.

Same! And I wouldn't have minded seeing more of that relationship, unlike another one. *coughs*

I hope we get some Clarke/Echo stuff in season 6, a team up of sorts. I think it’s desperately needed cause I really don’t like these fandom wars. They missed the boat with a Bellamy/Lexa friendship which I think would have really helped.

Octavia/Clarke, Octavia/Raven and Princess Mechanic also need more scenes together cause female empowerment in the form of women lifting each other up is really lacking on this show, especially considering they’ve done really well with the boys bonds.

Do you think Clarke/Echo scenes would help, Becks? Because we got that in 5x12, and it just upset some people further. I still don’t really love that scene, tbh.

I think Bellamy/Lexa scenes would have helped, because even though I wasn’t a Lexa fan, I still . . . respected her as a character. I don’t know if that’s exactly the right word, but it’s what’s coming to mind. I don’t really have that with Echo, if I’m being truthful. And some of that just comes down to the writing choices.

If the Echo/Clarke scenes don’t center around Bellamy then I think they’d be a positive addition to the show, I think Jason is going to go out of his way to make Echo a sympathetic and likeable character, I doubt it’ll work because most people have their minds set on her, plus BC fans are fierce when it comes to someone being a threat to their ship which I get.

As for Bellexa, I’ll forever be bitter about how much potential was wasted there, that friendship would have been a game changer.
