I don't even know what G20 is, but that doesn't sound good.

So I started my grad class today. Well, technically it doesn't start until tomorrow, but I like to be proactive.

UGH! I just read a 7 page, microscopic print article about qualitative vs. quantitative research, and my brain is melting. I was trying to annotate the text, and looking back at what I wrote, I can just see how my mind started to unravel as I was reading it. I started out with serious annotations, then progressed to, "What even is this? Idk what this is. WTF does this mean? I can't even." Then towards the end, I was writing things like, "Oh, so this is like the difference between season 1 Bellamy and season 4 Bellamy" and, "Ah, like Clarke's bunker decision." I think my last annotation was, "Time to go read some fanfic."

I'm gonna be a great grad student, don't you think?

G20 is the environmental policy summit between a bunch of countries. It's held in Germany this year.

Are you doing just the one grad class, or are you actually starting up full-on grad school?
Either way, that's awesome. But man, that's sounds tough. Sounds like it should be interesting!

I'm just doing the one class for now. Taking it slow. I should have started earlier, though, like years ago. Now I'm just totally unmotivated.

God, I really should have known what G20 was. Maybe they're better off with Ivanka there.

They are both trash, I just cannot even deal. Talk about taking nepotism to the next level. Did you guys see the scathing Aussie reporter ripping into Trump's "performance" at the G20 summit? It went viral. The guy gave no *****, literally.

I've got a strategy for tackling the reading for my grad class. I'm gonna watch old seasons of Big Brother on CBS All Access, and and during the commercials, I shall read.

My friend lost her cat yesterday. Poor thing got hit by a car.

Cats and dogs and just pets in general . . . they really are family members just as much as people are. That's so sad.

I don't think I'll ever truly recover from the loss of my childhood dog. That dog was my best friend, little brother, and child all rolled into one. He was the sweetest, most adorable little thing. Always put a smile on my face.

I think dogs are better than people, honestly. And I think a lot of people would agree.
