From what I can gather, Bob being a bonus guest doesn't include him in any of the passes, so I may aswell get the cheapest pass that allows me to buy Bob extras? So buy a bronze pass and whatever Bob extra's I can afford?

The Bronze Pass only gets you an autograph from the regular guests but it also states: "The chance to purchase additional extras."

The Gold Pass includes a photo bonus guests:

"One Individual Photo with all Guests (Including Bonus Guests)."

Platinum Pass (limited to 10 people) includes duo pictures with bonus guests.
