I only went to the the therapist once so far. Honestly, I’m sure the medication doesn’t hurt. I think I’ve just begun changing my relationship with anxiety, too, not dwelling and fixating on it so much.

Of course, today was a more stressful day. I may have made a major, like, clerical type error at work, which would take some time and effort to correct. But . . . oh, well, if I did, I’ll fix it. Nothing much more I can do, so there’s no point in stressing myself out about it.

Yep, exactly. I do that too but really, no point beating yourself up over something that's done ... all we can do is try not to repeat the same mistakes.

My friend and I were talking the other night, and I want to go see a counselor for some stuff. I have some questions about anxiety and some... unresolved past stuff.

That's great.

Talking about unresolved past stuff is so important, it lifted so much weight off my shoulders, when I talked it through with a therapist a few years ago. Hope it'll have the same/similar effect on you.
