The 100 would be one of them, of course.

I just wish the books fleshed out more aspects of the 100's life on the ground, as opposed to the romances.

Yes but at least it did flesh out some aspect of life on the Ark more than on the show. I would give it that.

Yeah, that's true. We don't have enough Ark flashbacks on the show.

Bellamy's flashbacks were good in the books, better than on the show actually.

So I just finished the first book, and I have to say . . . I think Bellamy is the only one of these four characters who has much of a personality.

I was surprised how disupturbing his flashbacks in the book were.

I miss the slow burn of Bellarke, though.

The book is definitely more appeasing to the Bellarke fandom. I feel like between the book and the show, it's almost a perfect mix. The book doesn't shy away from them being more while the show gives you a more indepth look into the relationship. Now if only the two could combine.

Okay, granted, I've only read the first book so far, but . . . I don't know, it just kind of happened out of nowhere! Plus, Clarke doesn't have a whole lot of personality.

I did like that the Bellamy Roan scene in the first book was like the Bellamy rain scene in the show, though!
