I’ll never forget how one podcaster tweeted something this season after 5x05 aired that was like, “Yeah, bellamy, you better learn to RESPECT the Red Queen!” And I just about threw up. There is such a gender double standard, and Octavia has gotten away with so much this past season under the guise of being a “badass woman” when she was really a savage dictator.

I hope that he doesn't give in to Octavia eventually. He's made good progress in terms of their relationship so hopefully, he doesn't regress in that area.

And what Octavia has done to Bellamy is far worse than anything he’s ever done to her (and a lot of the pain he caused her was inadvertent, which isn’t an excuse, but you know what I mean). Anyway, basically what I’m saying is that this girl should have to put in work with her brother.
