I think I’m also just used to seeing Bob out of character, but I don’t follow Marie as closely, so seeing her versus Octavia is even more jarring to me. Especially if we’re comparing her to season 5 Octavia.

Just rewatched the Bellamy/Indra/Gaia fight scene, Bellamy's hatred for Octavia was the only thing that got him through that, you could see at the beginning he wasn't going to fight but then he looked into Octavia's eyes and something in him snapped, brilliantly executed by Bob

Since S5 has ended I've caught myself wishing I could move past Octavia's actions this season and I've tried to really understand why she became the person that she did but rewatchig those scenes just brings back a flood of emotions. How could she do that to her own brother???????? I'll never get over it.

I never will, either. And I feel like . . . there wasn’t the outrage over that that I expected. If the roles were reversed and Bellamy were the one doing that to Octavia . . . oh man, can you even imagine the outcry?
