I have absolutely no complaints with Bellamy's redemption arc. I thought they wrote it wonderfully.

Um . . . well, after tonight . . . I have decided there will be no redemption for Octavia for me. I don't think there's anything that can be revealed about the Dark Year that will make me want to ever give her a chance again. I may feel sorry for her during the flashbacks, but I will not feel sorry for her currently. There have been two lines that she has crossed for me that I can never get past. One is putting her brother--who, let's be honest here, deserves the best big brother in the world award--in the fighting pit. But even that she could still say was for her people, for her Wonkru culture. But tonight, setting fire to that hydro-farm . . . there is literally no way to justify that. EVER. She took away people's choice. She took away Monty and Harper's peace. It was sadistic.

I agree. I didn't even feel bad for her when they were showing the flashback scenes. Bellamy was right. He poisoned her to save her from herself, and "Bloodreina is a joke" could not be more accurate.

Destroying what Monty created and taking away Wonkru's choice just for her own power was a b**** move. And she is now, by her own definition, an enemy of Wonkru. If I were Wonkru, I'd chain her up and march on the valley without her out of pure spite.

Bellamy deserves a better sister, and he always has. Octavia's been ungrateful since day one, no matter what the writers have her say to try and make us believe otherwise.

I loved that line, too.

I felt bad when they showed the flashbacks, but not for Octavia. For Bellamy.

I agree.

I'll still watch prior seasons and find things I enjoy, particularly in those first two seasons and a couple parts of 3A. And there were moments in season 4 that I loved, too. And in season 5, I will celebrate the amazing acting Bob and Marie have brought to their scenes together. But I really feel like Octavia no longer deserves Bellamy as a brother.

Same here, there's no way back from her behaviour for me.

I’m glad I’m not alone. I hate giving up on a character who has been around since the beginning, especially someone important to Bellamy, but I’ve been pushed too far with Octavia this season.
