When did he get shock-lashed in Mount Weather? Right when he was taken?

It was Clarke in 3x05 who did it. Kane, I believe, does it to him in 2x01 when he’s pummeling Murphy. And then 4x11. So at least three times, potentially four. I just can’t remember Mount Weather for some reason.
