Yeah when music was still good. I recently read someone saying music more or less died in the mid 2000s. And it's kinda true. I mean sure there is some nice modern songs too, but those real ear worm classics, with interesting tunes, well they jsut don't exist anymore. Most modern music, including taylor swift, justin timberlake, modern beyonce songs, etc. it's all literally the same sound-wise. There is just isn't anymore this unique creativity of previous decades. The movie and tv business is similar. Many big blockbusters with explosions and all, but more or less all those films and shows follow the same patterns. They aren't original anymore. Arts are no different. One can say creativity is really dead nowadays. Internet and modern technology may be the reason.

i get what you mean. the old songs were more "individual" back then. now mostly every pop song sounds alike. there aren't many "special" songs out there any longer. i totally feel what you mean and i miss the 90s and 2000s. i wished i had appreciated that decade more when i was younger. but i was too occupied with school and puberty instead of realizing the nice things around me.

Same here, that time was overall better than now. I miss it.
