heard it in the news too. my sister is gonna be a teacher and she said she's happy that guns aren't allowed in germany. i am strongly for banning fire arms in every country. this is not doing any good like we see.

i imagine you are thinking a lot about it. my sister does too and in germany we don't have shootings in school often. do you think it's because of the freedom with guns that those shootings to happen or are there other reasons?

The only way to make classrooms safer is to control more weapons in front of schools or best, just abandon fire guns altogether. There have now been 18 school shootings in the USA in 2018 and the year just started. When will we will do something about it? Although, according to Trump, the answer will probably be give every child a gun of their own.

That too, bc it enables people to do this. But the US has a culture of violence too. In finnland or russia where you easily get guns too such shooting happen much less.

i also wouldn't know as a teacher how to make the classroom safer. you can surely talk with your pupil about it but you cannot see into the deeper soul of a human. though in this case i read that the killer even announced his actions on social media. it's true, USA has a history with these guns. Barack Obama tried to ban them but he wasn't successful sadly.

even Alycia tweeted about this today (and she doesn't tweet about politics often).

For what reason did the shooter give this time? Had day off with work so was in town

he was suspended from school and got mad, that's what they said in the radio at least.

was at work all day and now trying to relax a bit.
