I think one of the people trying to get an interview said that Eliza and Alycia's scheduling is hectic and too tight so they couldn't. I would understand if Alycia is trying to distance herself, though - she just wants to move on.

Like already said I'd understand if Alycia doesn't want to bring the whole The 100 topic up again. But I more think it's problematic because of the schedule.
