I remember when I came out at my current job. They were so amazing. And it was never an issue at all. My previous job. Homophobic old women everywhere

You never know what to expect. Sometimes people are amazing but other times people are awful. I'm especially careful now because of the political situation here.

I am very glad you feel comfortable and are accepted in your current job. That's worth the world.

Good to hear Em! I hope generally the world improves and who knows, maybe in 20-30 years it will be LGBT-nicer.

That would be great, but with the rate our wold goes down I think in 20-30 years the only concerns of most humans will just be how to survive. They very probably will not care about lgbt issues anymore at all I fear.

That is the problem in countries where religion is practiced as a driving force in society. Brunei, saudi arabia, parts of the US and latin america, etc.
