That's the only positive thing about her death. She died as herself and didn't get into a boring sidelined character which happened to a lot of the female characters in season 4.

but then again i believe when Lexa was still alive, the show would have progressed differently.

hm i think this guy can just do anything he wants. at least we don't have to find out how he could have destroyed Lexa's character like he did with so many other characters.
