Alycia said in her latest interview that she can imagine directing, wants to quit FTWD (she didn't say it that way but along the lines) and play in new pieces like rom coms or period dramas!

I don't care about rom coms as you know, but period pieces would be great for her.

Also directing could be a nice thing for her. But one thing, don't go the olivia wilde route please. She left acting too much behind and does too much directing.

i agree, i would love to see her direct but please still acting. though her interview suggested she is looking for new roles so i think she intends to do both.
