Yes and no, it's not like they can just sit at home and enjoy food and internet. They're often on the run and have to constantly search for food and kill zombies and humans.

Yeah, imagine you'd constantly see deceased people walking around and trying to eat you and then you always have to smash knives or other object into their skulls to really kill them.
