That not difficult though the conservative government there is far from good either. They're also problematic. Everywhere it gets mroe problematic, in some places like america, russia, turkey, china, brasil, india, saudi-arabia, poland, it goes fast, but even in very liberal countries it's getting more problematic sadly.

Mauritius. They even have a not perfect, but stable democracy, but racism is not a problem there, at least not as much as in 99% of the rest of the world, the only problems there are some occasions of child labour and violence against women which is a very common thing in most third world countries, especially child labour is a real third world problem. But at least it's not as common there as in most other parts of africa for example.

What you described with the children and women sounds very problematic too, so I think there is no "pure" country in our world.
