Yes it would actually be kinda cheap from her if she did a house tour for the press.

Exactly. Hayden Panettiere did a house tour once, but actally she wanted to sell her house so it made sense to advertise it in the press. She also left most of her personal belongings in the house for some reason after moving out. I would not do that tbh.

I think it's best for her to keep some level of privacy for herself.

She left things there? Why that? Or maybe she wanted to start something complete new and leave her old Life behind, that's why maybe. But the House advertisement makes sense.
