when i think about it...i'm pretty sure it'll have a june release just like season 3. AMC didn't have enough confidence in the show back during its early days so that's why they had pushed season 2 ahead for a march release, so it could piggyback off of TWD's season 6 finale.

It's not official no. But it wouldn't surprise me - I thought previous seasons were released when they were go avoid competition with Game of Thrones. It's rumored to release next summer, so pushing FTWD up would make sense.
