She was injured at the Ranch and Madison wanted to stay and convinced Nick, who wanted to leave immediately, it would be best to wait until she had healed before leaving. Nick and Otto bond, making Nick change his mind and want to stay at the Ranch. Luciana however did not want to stay, the people in charge were the ones responsible for the murder of her people.
Nick repairs the house that Russell and Martha lived in after its burned down, and Otto gives him ownership of it. Nick surprises Luci with this, she realizes that Nick has already decided he wants to stay and she doesn't want him to leave his family over her so the next morning she leaves him and the ranch - ostensibly headed to Mexicali where she "knew people". __________________

I also trust RottenTomatoes more. For me Season 3 was the best Season and the general Ratings show that too. Thanks for the Links!
