I think Lexa and Heda are essentially one in the same. But she shows herself differently depending on who's she is talking to or with in that moment. For instance, she can be Heda when in council meeting but when she was with Clarke or even some of her closest advisors such as Titus she is softer...basically Lexa.

For me too. Don't get me wrong, I loved her in S2 but not so much that I could call myself a fan. It wasn't until the trailer for S3 trailered and when I saw Lexa again..... I realised just how much I loved the character.

Actually I watched 3x07 and couldn't believe they'd kill her off. Always liked her the most but never really was interested that much in The 100. Episodes 3x01 - 3x07 were really good and I started enjoying the show more and more and then boom.
