I feel they butchered Strand as a Character (not to mention the show too) but he used to be one of the most interesting Characters of this Show, he was no fool, a cunning con man who always had something up his sleeve. Now all he is a person who can't stop thinking about and drinking alcohol, that's literally the only thing he's been doing in 4B, hell even in the trailer of 4B he's seen having a beer with Alicia so there's more drunk scenes to come.

They ruined all the cast, but I think Strand is the only saving grace in this show. And Alicia and John.
