She's still a broken girl who wanted to be left alone, who wanted to be free of the pain and run. But where they ****ed up was her letting Charlie live. Everything about her character on paper wouldn't allow it. They dumbed her down, in a fairly unique way. Unlike Strand, Madison, Nick, and Luciania. She still had pain. But it wasn't the natural A-Bomb slowly waiting to go off. It was an artifical pain.

they took a complex character that was breaking slowly and made her just an edgy shell of her former self. i loved her development and i think she can be great if she had the screen time. This Land is Your Land was her defining episode and the best so far.

Alicia has always been my favorite character for this and many other reasons. This episode really highlighted how strong she really is. Then season 4 came in between....

Yes, Charlie is a scared kid who made a dumb decision, but the fact of the matter is that Alicia had nothing left to lose. The last person she had on this planet was ripped away from her by this kid. She is at her lowest and this was her breaking point, it only made sense for her character to put Charlie down.

My only hope, going into season 5, is that they make Alicia the focus. Now that Madison and Nick are gone, she IS the main character! We've been on this journey with her for years, and it makes me absolutely livid the way they're shoving Morgan down our throats as the protagonist. I honestly don't understand the Morgan obsession, his character arc is all over the ****ing place and his presence completely ruined the other character arcs that we've been watching develop for the last three years. In one fell swoop. The character of Alicia (and the actress herself) deserves better than this.
All I can say is, if Alicia dies, I'm done. __________________
