i was thinking about Alicia's weapon and how she got it. i'm only guessing that she made it for a reason. the reason she is on a mission. like, she's mad and she wants to get back at someone or something and whatever she made her weapon from might have significance to that. she already has guns and a knife, so building (or maybe it was taken) this weapon has to mean something to her.

it is possible she took it from an attacker and she's going to get some payback with it. was it used to kill someone else close to her like Madi for example? there's lots of possibilities but i believe A) it has emotional value and B) she likely made it herself for a specific kind of payback.

That weapon is a cut and sharpened barrel of a helicopter gun.
