I think another important character will die. I bet thy will try to get rid of all old characters to then have a morgan lead ftwd with the new characters. Wouldn't be surprised if gimple tried this.

Alycia and strand not, bc they were seen on set recently filming a scene with the truck, so they certainly will survive the midseason finale. I think it will be either john, morgan, madison or luciana.
