interesting, but i think if this is true, it's just a lease or rental while she is there filming or doing projects.
how do they know she bought it? when i bought my house with my VA loan from the service, the 300 pages of signatures, loan guarantees, inspections, fees, real estate taxes, etc, was all a package witnessed by me, the realty attorney, and my agent, the only copies are mine and the bank. no one else. hmmmm. anyway, her heart is in Australia. __________________

maybe it was a public listing? that's the only way they could have known. and it's pretty common for sites like variety to keep track of celebs buying houses for some weird reason.
but i wouldn't take those information for granted unless Alycia is posting something about it herself. __________________

i'm sorry if i came off as argumentative, not my intention, just don't understand how they always say it as if it were truth. financial information is very protected data by banks, and they don't disclose records without a court order, no way no how. a lot of celebrities don't actually buy these places, they just lease or rent them from owners or agencies, a temp place to live while working.

It is a beutiful small house, and reallynot expensive, too. Alycia has been working in LA for 8 years so, if she bought it for that price, it's a good investment. It's always better to buy than to rent.
