Daniel finally knowing Ofelia was alive was satisfying and the immediate revelation that she is killer, but treated like a hero (much like himself) obviously cut him deeply and was the best emotional beat of the episode.

I wanted to add I was surprised Daniel stayed so calm. I thought he would explode into a fiery ball of rage. I wonder if there's gonna be more consequences. Also lol at how proud Taqa was telling Daniel how he made Ofelia poison people completely oblivious to how pissed Daniel was.
