I wrote my thoughts over on the Social Media cause I saw this tweet there first
 It is weird but I thought since the first looks at C-Note that it may have been that he is already in the country aka why Linc and him are so involved as partners __________________

Its an interesting choice though
considering how much he wasn't really involved with the original series  well he wasn't IMO - so hell they've got my attention on making C Note a big point of this return__________________
