first time I ever had any lilke for T-Bag was the last episode when his son dies

I was hoping that prison break would come back again for another season and my thoughts were they should so break T-Bag out of prison

Meh, we already had that plot a few times and I'd rather not do it again, especially if we have a limited amount of episodes. If Teddy gets out of prison I hope it's just a quick conversation and doesn't drag out

His character has pretty much already gone as far as he can without repeating old stories

Yeah, I agree. I feel like if we are going to see him at all, have his story remain in the prison walls and any scenes that he does have with the other characters is during any visitation he gets. I mean we all know that he is better in prison.
