I love that theory too. It did seem like he would look at his palms when he was upset.

I also thought that he put eyes on both sides to trick Jacob so he wouldn't study it too closely. Or he did it to remind him of the owl in the Zoo who looked like he had eyes in the back of his head.

I jumped Too when the owl turned around. Scary! I thought Michael was just going to the zoo to see his family. But his mind never stopped working.

I honestly think it may have given Michael the idea for the eyes

plus he is a mastermind|genius - so it also helped his tricking of Jacob and also wasn't there something the techie figured out related to Michael's coding on his hands from the pic he sent to Blue Elvis
