Which films will get an Oscar in 2018? The Current War starring Benedict Cumberbatch gets release date just before ] Academy Awards
Also very very early buzz, before we even get a trailer doesn't bode well for me, i hope Weinstein doesn't bet on a very aggressive campaign because i keep on thinking that's why Benedict lost the oscar the last time. And yeah Shannon's kinda the critics' darling right now, every one of his performance is praised so that's something else to consider __________________

Michael Shannon has a leading role also? I know that sometimes supporting actors steal the glam from the leading ones, but that doesn't mean that they could not be awarded both.

No supporting role only, it's rare, usually only one lead shines or supporting even when they're two leads, one gets the better end of the stick
I've been reading about Oscar campaign and Harvey Weinstein's way of doing it. It's really interesting to read about it and get a better of understanding. I just hope Weinstein gets chilled about it this time, he needs it to work out more than anybody else considering the amount of flops he's been producing lately __________________

Some are amazing : the imitation game, big eyes, the king's speech, begin again and many many many more (so many) but lately except for Lion, it's been tough for him si i'm curious to see what how it's gonna work this time around. i'm excited to see Tom Holland he's a great spiderman
