It was mentioned I think in the Natalie thread that Shelby said she was 30 in the pilot. In the flashbacks she seems more like her mid 20s, where present day she seems more like 30. Or at least what most people think someone around 30 should be like.

I think part of it is you don't see the hints of how she was really compared to others maybe.

I think that was just a way to get Shelby back in the storyline.

So I do think Shelby was in the command center when the bomb went off, but I don't see her dying, but I'm do see her going into hero mood and trying to save everyone.
