I'm waiting for the UK dvd release because I was out when it came in the cinema
 but it's somewhere in November and I learned to be patient thanks to rumbelle so...__________________

Ahh yes I believe it's the 19th
 ..It's a great film, Robert was brill in front and behind the camera and it's also up for 4 BAFTA's next month  __________________

The Whistler Film Fest from December 2-6 will include the "North American premiere" of The Legend of Barney Thomson.
It's detailed at this link along with all the other films included in the festival: http://www.wireservice.ca/index.php?...play&sid=17541 I was hoping the film would screen at one of the bigger film festivals state side because that typically generates more media and attention, but I'll still hope that might happen.  On the bright side this probably means the film with open in Canada soon after the premiere so that's awesome for all the Canadian fans! And because Whistler isn't too far from Vancouver it will probably be easier for Robert to attend the premiere. |

Glad it's finally getting over across the water :nod for a bigger festival, but it's out there, so hoping it can generate buzz and take it from there and from that, hope it's gets a release date soonish  __________________
