Glad it's helping, hopefully a few more sessions and you'll be feeling a lot better.
 It's good your cold is improving too.  I was involved with the Remembrance Sunday parade today. It was very cold, though. __________________

I've so got to get started on mine, otherwise I'll be in a rush!
Still hurting this week, it's when I go for longer walks it kicks in, the pain seems to be circling around. Still got my next appointment this Friday and hoping he can do a bit more to get it back to normal. Still walking the best speed I can .Got some more holiday time to book before work breaks for Christmas, so just got to sort out dates.. Hope all have a good rest of the week  __________________

Having a bad back is no fun. Glad you're getting help for it, though.
I've been in full decorating mode the last two days, doing jobs I been putting off for years! It's annoying though, I could have got these things done a long time ago, if I'd just made myself do them. __________________

I sympathise! I moved offices at work once, it was quite stressful! I had to put up a load of bookshelves, and my boss had injured himself and couldn't help, and just sat there criticising what I was doing, until I snapped!
