The only ones I fully watched were 1x08 (but on The Flash side) and the Supergirl episode 3x08.

Yea, even though I don't really like any of the other shows, I still watch any and all crossovers (that involve Flash characters).

And it's not as if it can never be done at all. One Chicago does pretty well with the crossovers.

They work really well. Until recently I didn't even watch one of the shows outside of them, but they worked even then.
