It's the worst. You're more likely to remember dreams you have right before you wake up, so this must have been that one because I don't remember any other dreams that night. But my memory is so off and on when it comes to dreams.

It's also unfortunate because I want to write but when I try to I try to recreate that dream and then I can't and I get frustrated.

Exactly. When you have a dream like that, you have this feeling that it would make excellent fic - if only you could remember it more clearly!

My old laptop only crashed on me once while I was making this, which is like...a lot better than normal.

I'm glad your laptop more-or-less cooperated. I love the theme of holding on in that one - especially since I have this idea that simple hand-holding is very important to both of them.

I agree. It was one of their first meaningful contacts (they did dance, but that was at least to an extent needed for the job. The hand hold in Young Hearts Spark Fire was 100% about their need to have some sort of contact with each other when they thought they were going to die).

Well, the show is a drama/comedy. I try to do my part.

I know a lot of folks want to see a Waige date - and often they talk about how it will be awkward and goofy and bumbling. I actually want to see a Waige date that is romantic and wonderful - and not a dream or hallucination. Dancing would be nice (Waige dancing is ALWAYS nice ). I'd love it to be a dress-up date - like dinner at a very nice restaurant followed by the kind of concert or theater event that you wear a long dress to - or at least a very dressy dress. I get that we could not see the whole date - we'd only get glimpses - but I want those glimpses and a chance to see that Walter is not as clueless as some folks like to think. I'd also prefer that it be just a date. Not a proposal, and not some special occasion - just this is the sort of thing Waige likes to do sometimes.
