Here's a place to begin discussing season three! Spoilers can't go here, but wishlists, theories, etc can be shared, and then when the season starts we can discuss arcs as well.

Here's my wishlist for S3.

I don't have any theories, really, yet, mainly because the cliffhanger only has so many directions it can go, but I hope that once Comic Con happens, we'll have new information to spin theories off of!!

My season 3 wish list:

-I want more backstory for Sly, Toby, and Happy, especially about their childhoods and lives immediately before joining Scorpion. It wouldn't have to be flashbacks like we've seen for Walter, but I'd love to hear some more specific stories about what they've been through and how that's shaped them.
- I want to see Happy and Toby to have a serious conversation about her marriage early in the season and deal with it together.
-I'd love to see more of Happy and Toby outside of the garage - especially what Happy is like when they're alone.
- I want a good meaty storyline for Toby - something other than Quintis or using him as the comic relief - maybe a case that brings up some past trauma or seeing him struggling with his gambling addiction.
- I'd love to see more of the relationship between Happy and her dad.
- I want to see Sly raise the money he needs to dedicate the hospital wing to Megan.
- I'd like to see Cabe get a storyline of his own - perhaps something involving his art class or a new love interest.

With the premiere being 2 hours long, they might actually be able to fit in both a case and some real Waige and Quintis conversations.

Wishlist:

I actually wanted to put this together before I read everyone else's.

• A nice, sweet Waige kiss. Hot and steamy is wonderful, but I want one where they are both very aware of what they are doing and why
• An explanation for Happy's marriage that somehow also explains why she didn't say anything - even up until it was too late
• A family outing with Ralph, Walter and Paige
• Groundbreaking on the Megan Dodd Pediatric Ward
• A Quintis date that actually works out
• Cabe's girlfriend
• The team handling a non-government case
• More on Paige's college work
• An episode where they don't actually have a case. If you think about it, Dominoes really wasn't a case, Walter was just sort of there. Similar with Fractured. Those situations seem to make really good episodes.
• Walter arrives in Tahoe, finds Paige and tells her. No turning around, no making up a story about why he's there. I want follow-through from his "I'm a moron" speech.
• A friend for Sylvester, outside of Scorpion. I don't want him to fall into another romantic relationship, but the poor guy tends to be sidelined in the stories and I think part of that is because he's not part of a 'ship. So make him part of a friend-ship and they can work some stories around that. I'd like to see it in the context of him showing his own growth - a lot of which is due to Megan. Like maybe he volunteers to mentor promising math students and finds a friend through that.

While the countdown is a fun and welcome addition, and this is the appropriate thread for it, adding Countdown to the thread title might give the impression that it is the only purpose of the thread, which would be incorrect.
