I love the coincidence that Kat's part in Scorpion was originally a waitress and now she's making a real name for herself on stage in Waitress.

Yeah Heidi, I had thought of that too. Someone (maybe Kim?) had asked me last spring if there were any other story similarities between Jenna and Paige and the answer there is not really, but it is cool that waitress is/was the profession of her character in her two most recent projects.

It seems Kat has finally finished her vocal rest and is allowed to talk again after two months! I admire her for sticking to it for so long, but I suppose she knows how important her voice is to her so she wouldn't risk it by caving in.

I can't imagine not talking for so long. But if my livelihood depended on it, I'd tough it out.

So Jack McBrayer is going to play Ogie in London, which is so trippy to me since last I saw him he was playing Penny's brother on TBBT.

Ogie is supposed to be sort of an odd, goofy character, so it might not be too much of a stretch.

Odd, goofy, way too energetic for his or anyone else's own good, that's Ogie.

I think his role is probably the hardest to pull off of any of them and the actors always totally nail it.

The thing that is difficult with a role like that is making it over the top, without making it obviously over the top. But I think they're probably also a lot of fun for actors, too.

Actually with Ogie I think obviously over the top is actually what they're going for.

I rented the movie Bayou Caviar mainly Because Kat was in it there is a scene where she is posing for a sexy photo shoot I would bet on it that her scenes were filmed on the Scorpion set she was posing on the red couch the movie was filmed in June of 2017 before Season 4 of Scorpion went in to production if you guys see it let me know what you think

Kat was in New Orleans to film her parts. There was plenty of social media posts at the time.
