I've wanted to...but even if they were songs from before she met Elyes, I'd feel weird including any Walter/Paige at all in the vid because of that relationship. And any songs from her new album, I feel at least right now are off limits.

Like, I defintiely think Love Strikes could be a song that Paige would strongly relate to. But like...it's weird to me. Vidding Leonard and Penny when Johnny and Kaley were dating is one thing because I wasn't using a song Johnny or Kaley wrote/sang. This is different.

I totally see - it would seem as if the singer wrote the song for the person in the vid, which may or may not be true; and it would make it seem more like a Kat/Elyes vid and less like a Waige vid.

Yeah, exactly. I don't want 1. people to think I don't understand the difference between fiction and reality and also 2. other people to think of it as a Kat/Elyes vid when it's not. I don't know when Kat/the others wrote Love Strikes, but even if it's not actually about/for Elyes (though it certainly seems specific enough to be), you know now that's who the song is about, to her. So it'd seem weird to vid it.

Now, using individual lines for gifsets, I'm fully planning to make a show gifset with the line below it I found me in a place too crazy to mention which is a line from Stranger than Fiction. But that song isn't an intimate song, it's much more general.
