Yes everything that I read about this says it takes place the morning after Waige's first night together so I guess no time jump

I think the part where Paige asked how is he feeling this morning is real at least I hope it is then we go inside Walter's head for the musical then we hear Paige say Walter did you hear what I said and snaps out of his musical fantasy that what I think

I'm imagining it ending and then snapping back to the start and Walter's just like "oh good how about you?"
