Young Happy was adorable, but the part where we saw the current Happy thinking of her younger self was so sad. She must have gone through that repeated rejection so many times over the years.

That would make so much sense, although having thought of a child of combined Quintis DNA, I think they both may want at least one biological child. But I can definitely see them having a fair-sized brood including a number of adoptees. I can also see Happy leaning towards special needs kids - although given their jobs that might be harder to juggle.

Yeah, I'd love to see a little genius baby, but what this show does so well is focus on how non biological relationships are just as - and often more - loving and important as biological ones, so I could definitely see them going the adoption route - especially since usually adoption storylines are done when a couple can't have kids of their own, it'd be nice to see a couple who are 100% capable of biological children choosing to adopt, and in this case it'd make sense due to Happy's history.

And I agree with you both that I could definitely see Happy and Toby adopting at some point.

Jadyn has been just amazing in so many eps this season. I love that she's had a chance to stretch and show what she's capable of - because it's awesome.

Yeah, some of her storylines I've flat out disliked, but regardless of how we feel the writing has been storyline wise, Jadyn has inarguably been given lots of chances to shine.

As much as I've loved seeing Jadyn's skills at showing difficult emotions, I would really love something where she gets really excited - thrilled even - about something. I'm not quite sure what that might be, but I'd prefer it be something personal. I'm sure Happy could get very excited about rebuilding a classic bike - but that's sort of a given. But I would like it to be something that extends over a number of episodes. As much as I know she wants to marry Toby, I don't really see the wedding as a good candidate for this. Happy wants to get married - I don't think she cares a whit for a wedding.

Psssst - She and Toby working on the dollhouse might be a good option.
