Since we're gonna be starting to get into some Flo/Sly content, I hope we get to learn more about Flo as a person.

 Flo is such an enigma - especially compared to Megan. We didn't know that much about Megan, but we did know some important things. Based on Talismans, we know that she has a sense of adventure and is fun-loving and a bit mischievous. Based on scenes from Walter's childhood, we know she was very supportive of him and also would do anything to protect him and defend him. Those two things alone made her an easy character to like. With Flo - we know she has a soft spot for dogs, but not much more. I'd really like to know what (if anything) she does for fun? Does she have family? What besides her work does she consider important? __________________

We do know - or at least it was heavily implied, I can't remember - that she's had a bit of a rough time of it too, but yeah, overall she's been a pretty significant part of this season but we know so little. And by contrast, the recurring character who was most significant in season three - Tim - we were introduced to him via flashback. I've always interpreted them giving a load of backstory on him early on as a way to try and make us sympathetic to him since he was going to be a bit of an antagonist given his role as a character, but we didn't get anything near that to make us sympathetic to Florence. Maybe because they purposefully wanted us to not know much about her at first, but if so I hope that means we're gonna learn a lot more.

She posted a really wonderful message to her Insta today - about being happy to grow older, embracing being a woman while also embracing her inner child, etc. It was really inspiring.
I also looked back on some of her posts and someone commented that they loved her as Flo and she was like "thanks and it's Florence." __________________
