FF has been flaky lately.

I know you've read it already, Nicole, but for anyone else, I'm starting a new Waige multi-chap: We Need to Talk.

I usually have some sort of challenge for myself with any fic, but this one is more just to help me get through the hiatus, so there will be no case - or only bare mentions - and mostly fluff with a side helping of angst. There is a mini challenge with this one, which is to update at least every 2-3 days and to keep that up until the S4 premiere. Wish me luck!

I didn't realize when I started, but I posted the first chapter when we were 99 days from the premiere. Which means 50 chapters if I post every other day. Yikes!

I tried to write some more on the train trip back home. On the trip down, I got chapter 2 and most of chapter 3 written. But I didn't sleep well last night so I was sore, tired and uncomfortable the entire trip. I finished out chapter 3 and got a start on 4, but I'm not sure how good it is, since I was feeling sort of cranky. I wouldn't want to take that out on Walter or Paige!

I'm trying to update Here To Stay - I know exactly where it's going both short and long term, but I'm just. so. tired all the damn time. I hate having CFS, and throwing in stress at work just makes it worse.

Writing is an odd thing. Technically, I do it to relax - it gets my head away from work and other stuff, so it works in that sense. But it's also exhausting and takes a lot of energy - mental and physical. It is a stress reliever, but in some ways also a stress inducer.

Agreed. It's both and neither at the same time.

I just read it and review on FF.net very hot story I love your writing sadly I don't think we will see this in the show but you never know maybe Walter and Paige do find a park and get frisky sometime during next season

I'm gonna save that latest fic for another time, since I'm about to go to bed. I wouldn't want to get "pent up".

I wound up reading it over lunch at IHOP. Probably not the best choice, but it was off-peak hours so there was only one other table occupied.

Will review tonight or tomorrow. Have to finish another chapter of WNTT tonight to keep to my schedule!
