I love the Buckle up Nerd stories I have read so far but I also hope there will be some more stories about the morning after Walter and Paige's first time and how the author thinks the relationship will go forward in season 4

I managed to post a chapter of Here To Stay this morning, and I really have so many other things to write/update, but I'm still soooo drained from this weekend. It sucks when your brain is like YAY WRITING TIME and you actually DO have the time but your body is just like "no, sleep."

I finally finished Internal Combustion and posted the final two chapters here I like to put dates at the end of each chapter to remind myself when I wrote them, and I went back to see that I started this almost exactly a year ago - on May 30, 2016. I would not have believed it would take me a year. It feels good to have it finished.

I read your second to last chapter earlier and loved it, but my horse was miserable (heat, flies) and I had to go out and give her a bath. I'll be reading your final chapter tonight!

I sort of knew when I started that it was going to be a long project, just because I'd never written a case fic before. But it took a lot more planning and outlining and researching and re-reading than I anticipated. It was a good challenge, though an I enjoyed it.

Yeah she's a lot more comfortable now.

Case fic is always sooo hard. It's definitely slowing down Here To Stay, even though that's not a case fic - like Serendipity, it's unrealistic to write a fic that takes up such a long period of time and not mention what sort of work they're doing. But like, it's so hard to come up with Scorpion worthy stuff, even if you're just mentioning it in passing.

The weird thing is that now I want to dive right in to another multi-chap fic. Maybe not an actual case fic - but something that will keep me occupied through the summer.
