This story a little difficult to write because, well, Tim! :lol: It's not all kittens and rainbows and I'm not always sure how to write some of the more contentious aspects so I'm pleased that my readers seem to be on the same wavelength. :)

This one's flying along at the moment! I love it when it's so easy to write, I just wish I could write all day.

I love when it's easy to write, too! My fourth installment of my Afterward fic has been really coming along with writing, but I'm trying to wait to publish it until people are caught up (which is partly just a hidden excuse to prolong it while I try to finish another fic that I've already published the first chapter of :lol:)

I need to catch up on your third instalment, of course. Not enough hours in the day! :(

You will still be caught up well before poor Heidi. :lol: I've written right out from under her I think. :lol: And I know the last chapter of my S5 fic she read was rather heavy.

I'll just say people love jumping to conclusions and think that things characters say when in a stressful situation is 100% what they're going to say or do once they've had time to think about things.

Thank you for your reviews! Sorry I haven't had chance to respond yet, I've got a few reviews from the last few days to reply to and I'll get to them all this evening. Busy week so far, but I have a free evening and I have a few things to catch up on, including some reading. :)

EDIT: So apparently I've already read (and reviewed) the first 5 chapters of A Conflict of Parallels. It was over a year ago and I seem to have completely forgotten! Oh dear, I must be getting really old! :bawl: I've just re-read the first two chapters and I thought it seemed awfully familiar. :lol: I do remember you pondering whether you'd continue the story after some unpleasant reviews, but I didn't realise that was this story. So now I'm re-reading to jog my terrible memory and reviews will start from Chapter 6.

Posted the first two chapters of my new fic this week. Wanted to wait a bit, but also felt I might not write it if I didn't work on it when I was inspired.
