My theory is that, while driving to Tahoe Walter picks up a hitchhiker who happens to be a hairstylist and, after hearing Walter's story, offers to trim his hair en-route so he can look good when he gets there.

Tumblr jumped right on that when the promo aired, it was great. Promo is so intense and we're just like WHEN WOULD WALTER HAVE CUT HIS HAIR.

Yeah, see, I'm a casual viewer, so I do notice, but I didn't know there was plenty discussion about it already. I should have known

I just want to get through this premiere. I'm not really looking forward to the episode itself, just glad that the show is back. I don't want to watch Quintis and Waige being tense and awkward. I'm not here for that.

I definitely understand the ambivalent feelings. I've been binging S1 and S2 for the past 4 days and hanging on every wonderful Waige or Quintis moment. Seeing them all tense and upset is not going to be easy.
