we played the Cinncinati Bengals, which are one of our three main heated/hated rivals, so a victory means much more, than a win or loss versus the other 28 teams of the league. there are 32 total teams in the NFL, 8 divisions of 4 teams each, my team is in the AFC North division.

work is behind because of the two hurricanes messing up the schedule, my car needs brakes, and my computer router decided to pretty much die an early death, otherwise not bad. how is/was your week?

My week was good, work was nice and I got to run some errands I had been postponing for a while. Tonight's been a tad annoying though, I've been sneezing too much

i saw this earlier today, after installing my new router. thanks, Brazilian dudes, for rescuing this majestic and beautiful creature of the Natural World! this Manta Ray had become stranded after getting tangled up in a fishing net, and they freed it.

yup, some get as big as whales, but they are really gentle and serene creatures, and very much effected by all the plastic trash and pollution we put in the oceans. so sad all the pictures of dolphins, whales, turtles, manta rays, even manatees swimming through trash and plastic bottles. we suck.

two nice days of rest, some cleaning, yardwork, and lazy Sunday, but sadly two days into the weekend, all that is long gone ugh, between horrendous traffic and new bosses who make it their mission to ruin my zen.

Things are okay here but this Sunday is election day, when we'll know if Brazil will remain a democracy or enter a dictatorship, so needless to say I've been an emotional mess I still have hopes people will do the right thing I started teaching two new students last week though, and they're a delight so at least I'm having a bit of fun while doing a job I'm not necessarily thrilled about

my new bosses are terrible, 2019 is going to be difficult with them making all the policy and decisions. ugh.

it has rained here in Virginia all dang day, all night and tomorrow too, wind is crazy.

Today is election day so I probably won't be around. Later tonight I'll be either celebrating democracy's win or crying my heart out if my country elects a fascist baffoon.

Please wish us a luck because regardless of what happens today, we'll need it.
