we've got a mortgage to pay... we bought the house in 2014 with 24 years to pay for, in 2015, i changed it back to 20 years back in payment, so not it's 17 years left it's how it works but by 2035, the house will be ours

it usually is even more, most mortgage is usually 25 years or so! we got lucky with the interest were so low, we could cut a few years back

we have to sell it and rembourse the mortgage with the sale, the house is 50/50 so everything above the remboursment is split 50/50 and then we move on without each other. the hard part is while being over, we cant go live anywhere else bc it'll mean paying two places at the same time so we'll have to live together until we've sold it.
