Oh completely and loved how no one came inbetween them well besides Boomer in the 4th season but no one really came between them. Even with the Helo/Kara, it was only friendship and never anything romantic

Well it ran from 2005-2009 aka same time as Prison Break - not sure how actively people did that kind of stuff, can still find fanvids and all

Helo/Athena might be one of the best-written romantic storylines I have ever had the pleasure of watching. The writers did such a great job tying their relationship into the overarching human/Cylon conflict while still having them deal with their own issues as a couple in a mature manner. Other writers should really take not of that!

Really were no triangle or no one to come in their way - BESIDES Boomer pretending to be Athena but otherwise kept them honest without another person
