Was interesting cause of what happened to Adama associated to Boomer shooting him

so must have been very hard due to that, so was nice that he looked past the fact that she is pretty much Boomer and went along to trusting her. Even made her a pilot again

Did a watch of the mini series with Tar

and loved how it ended with showing us that Boomer was a Cylon. Absolutely

that they did that with making Boomer a sleeper agent. Her journey throughout the first season was very interesting, really enjoyed and its properly why she's a favorite of mine

That was quite a surprise!! I like seeing Boomer as the sleeper agent too... and felt so sorry for her being so conflicted

I'm very torn because I love them both and for different reasons

but slightly and just slightly prefer Boomer to Athena

I just think that Boomer had a pretty rough deal.

I mean first of all she found out she was a sleeper agent and that her entire past was a fabrication. Then all of her comrades turned their back on her, even though she wasn't in control when she shot Adama (and that included the man she was in love with). Then after being exiled and shot, she see's Athena being eventually accepted into Galactica.

No wonder she was so bitter! I bet if Helo had been there when everyone first discovered she was a Cylon, he would have stood up for her. Because even though he loved Athena, I think he was originally in love with Boomer.

She had an extremely rough deal

I also felt that Helo was in love with Boomer first because isn't Athena a copy of Boomer, her exact moments up to the moment she was placed on Caprica to deal with Helo. Though at the same time, how could that be

I've always held the impression that she was Boomer

I think she had Boomers memories up until a certain point?

I could be wrong though. But I think Athena was still a different person to Boomer, because she didn't seem to have any residual feelings for Chief....

And yeah, I think Helo definitely loved Boomer otherwise he wouldn't have been able to impregnate Athena, since they had to 'love' each other to conceive (and he wasn't aware at that point that she wasn't Boomer). Don't get me wrong, I loved Helo and Athena together. It's just so complicated!

Its all very confusing

cause feel like she had some of Boomer memories, but maybe just the ones before being on the Galactica. Even that wouldn't make sense cause she would have to have Boomer's memories of Helo. So maybe they took those but not the ones of Chief...its all frakked

but my strong opinion is somehow she is a very close Clone of Boomer who then went a different way then Boomer cause she always knew she was a Cylon and had her love for Helo

Way way too complicated

but absolutely

with it, love that BSG still makes me think

You know what popped into my head after I read that? Laura Roslin telling Helo "you didn't marry the entire production line" when he was trying to prevent them from destroying the base ship.

I mean, it's hard to say if the Sharon's would be the same after downloading the memories. Remember there was that one Sharon who told Helo she had downloaded all of Athena's memories of him, and you could see how awkward he felt.

it did get to him, don't blame him cause it was weird

I wonder if she felt paranoid having all those other Eights around him?

I mean, he couldn't even tell her and Boomer apart.
